The landlord has no regard or respect for the tenants. Left a broken window in an occupied unit for years. When finally replacing it, some guy, who I doubt is licensed, worked at it for hours till late evening. When finished, the guy just left with a mismatched window with big, ugly silicone foam sticking out from all around its frame. The apartment had to suffer multiple thefts before even getting security cameras.
