If you can dream it, they can make it. What an amazing job they did for me. They made custom engraved key rings out of the shell casings from my fathers military rifle salute at his funeral service.
After being over priced by hundreds of dollars at the jewelry department's at our local malls, I came across this perfect shop !! I have always had the best face to face encounters with multiple people here. They have repaired my jewelry in a timely fashion. I have so much respect for this little shop. Thank you C & J !! I will continue to come back for all my needs !!

I stopped in yesterday to get my watch resized and she told me that it takes two people and to come back tomorrow. Meanwhile their was another employee outside that could of easily helped. I came back today and she tells me she doesn't have the right size screw driver and that she can't do it. The only reason I stopped in was because of the sign in the window that says "Watch Repair". Why even advertise that? I felt very unwelcomed. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I had been here a few times before and bought some nice jewelry and even a cute wallet. Thought they had closed but saw that the open sign was on so I stopped in. I walked around for a minute and left, I felt like I was intruding on their conversation and in the way of the person on a ladder, It felt very unwelcoming.

We are so sorry Bobbie that you felt offended. It definitely wasn't our intention. As you can tell, our store was a bit of a mess with decorations and ladders due to putting up holiday decoration for the up coming Christmas Season. After you were greeted, we would of been happy to serve you if you needed anything.
I have a collection of pieces with rare and exotic gems. I completely trust C&J to handle and repairs needed if they need to be sent out. Have never had a bad experience and have taken my items there for years!
