These people are real lowlife bottom feeders! I bought my car from them a month ago and the process was a nightmare, their finance lady Connie is a real piece of work and a nightmare in itself, the service department is slow as molasses in winter, they wouldnt do anything about a chipped windshield that they so cleverly disguised so I didnt see it until I got home the night I bought it and when I called they told me it wasn't their problem, waited a month to get a fog light fixed they said they would fix... these people are ... read more

I called late in the day, saying I was having car trouble. They told me to bring it in ( it was close to the service department closing for the day ), and someone would take a look at it. They took the time to diagnose my car problem, and made an appointment to fix it. Thank You C Harper, and Nikki in the service department!
Our salesman was Henry, he was so kind and helpful and made the process very smooth. Everyone we spoke to there was friendly and helpful!!!! Definitely recommend!!
I have had the most wonderful experiences with the service depts I’ve been to 3 the Chevy , the ford and I also have driven clear to the connellsville for Chrysler. Very worth the drive! Been well treated didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage at all I highly recommend any of the CHarper service depts!
We have purchased two trucks thru the commercial truck center. A 2017 king Ranch and 2019 Raptor. Overall pretty pleased with our experiences thru there sales and service departments. However, Fords ordering process of parts are quite slow. I felt a few things could have been handled a little better but it’s still the best dealership we’ve dealt with in our area.
