Yes, Niki did a great job getting my car in for the service and recall. She is very polite and understood exactly what i needed done. She looked up my account, i purchased 4 cars from C Harper in the last 4 years, and found my vehicle history. Butch also did great as he was able to bring me to work, and then back to pick up my car when the service was completed. Thank you Niki and Butch!!
