0 Star : My Experience No gripe with the Harper folks; they were courteous and professional. However, I am very dissatisfied with Honda products. Frankly, its ability to produce and deliver parts is truly deplorable. Apologies are really unimportant, improvements are needed. While I really like my car, the inability of Honda to provide necessary support to provide parts in a timely manner may negatively affect my choice when purchasing another vehicle.

5 Star : My Experience The only thing I could say negative is need better communication on when to drop car off. So don’t have to have rental car earlier than needed , but I was completely satisfied with the work done to my car and all the staff in the collision center. Would recommend getting all your collision needs done there
