5 Star : My Experience Spoke with Jeff regarding most of this. He was extremely professional and kind and helped make this whole situation feel less stressful for me. When picking up my car today, the entire collision staff were very friendly and kind as well, and the pick up process was extremely quick and easy. Customer service was wonderful all around. HOWEVER, I picked my car up Friday afternoon, Saturday went to put groceries in the back of the SUV, and much to my surprise, the back was full of old greasy parts that were replaced!
