Gene was very sweet and helpful. He looked at my car right away and was so professional and insightful as to what was going on with my car. I will definitely be back for any of my car needs.
Love this place. Very friendly and fair. My only recommendation would be the way you provide receipts. Some aren’t very detailed, ( don’t show dates, mileage or a full breakdown of work done.). In today’s world with everything being digitized online, this goes a long way and showing how maintenance was kept up on the vehicle. I use carfax maintenance online and this can be transferred to the new owner of the car. Not having detailed records can compromise the integrity of the work done.
C&H Auto and Sons went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We brought in our 2017 Mazda thinking the worst—that we might need a whole new engine. Instead of jumping straight to the most expensive solution, he took the time to really dig into the problem and figure out what was actually going on. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Called to inquire about an inspection for a car I was interested in buying. He could have kept his mouth shut and took my business, but against his own interest, was straight up about his opinion of the model and the risks I was facing with buying it at its current mileage. I ended up buying a more reliable car. Really appreciate the honesty and insight!
Gene is one of the kindest people I have ever met. When he couldn’t complete the repairs on my car, he took it to someone who could. He made phone calls on my behalf when I didn’t understand something and was just so generous with his time. 100% recommend this shop!
