They no showed my appointment. I confirmed the day prior for John to come do a quote for an a/c unit and the 12:30-2:30 appointment window came and past without so much as a text to inform me. Unprofessional and careless.

I just want to call out this company for putting out an ad calling for people to buy the outdated R-410a systems that are being discontinued and are now illegal to sell. In case you do not know refrigerant systems are graded by the GWP (global warming potential) scale. The systems that use R-410a refrigerant have a GWP of 2088 well the new standard which is R-454B have a GWP of 466. C&G Heating Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job! Mike, the technician, was extremely professional and helpful. He explained all of our options and helped guide our decision. He also helped plan for future equipment replacement. I highly recommend them!
