I have been using these guys for about 3 years now. People in the office are great, and all the technicians I've met are awesome! Mike and John know their stuff and are super helpful!
I just want to call out this company for putting out an ad calling for people to buy the outdated R-410a systems that are being discontinued and are now illegal to sell. In case you do not know refrigerant systems are graded by the GWP (global warming potential) scale. The systems that use R-410a refrigerant have a GWP of 2088 well the new standard which is R-454B have a GWP of 466. C&G Heating Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job! Mike, the technician, was extremely professional and helpful. He explained all of our options and helped guide our decision. He also helped plan for future equipment replacement. I highly recommend them!
C&G always has the best customer service. Madison and Alex are great service technicians. Thorough, nice and professional. Always on time and always communicate if there is going to be any issues. I strongly Recommend them. I've had them for several years and never an issue!
Contrary to their name, C&G One Hour also install A/C. They were very professional and courteous, planned the whole thing perfectly, and consulted with us along the way. They also finished up when they said they would!
