Welcome to C Eye Care! We are a full-service optometrist office in the beautiful 13th Street District of Marshalltown, Iowa. We opened in 2017 with the goal of providing the people of Marshalltown the best eye care available! Feel free to stop by and check out our newly renovated office, located in a historic building that used to be a store owned by the father of Jean Seberg. We offer a wide range of eye exams to meet your health needs, along with an array of optical offerings. We'd love to see you soon!

My daughter and I drove from Des Moines, today, to check this out. So glad we did! Top-notch care in a medically modern office with a FABULOUS selection of frames. We both ended up ordering a pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were frustrated with our previous eye care providers, so we decided to try out C Eye Care. Were were so impressed with the level of service and care that we received from the beginning to the end of our appointments. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! We had so much fun choosing new glasses. Their selection of eye glasses is so unigue, you won't be dissappointed! I am looking forward to getting my children in for their appointments soon!
Amazing aesthetic, amazing staff, and amazing frame options you can’t get at other optometry offices. The girls were all so helpful and friendly. Everyone was providing input on what glasses looked best (even Dr. Ragland) and it was a blast! It’s also super important to support locally owned small businesses who are reinvesting in our community!

I was blown away by how gorgeous the space is as I remember coming to the building when it was Seeburg's drug store. The frame selection is amazing... I had to buy several pairs as I couldn't resist and I love that they are funky, American brands that are different than what I see on everyone else. And Dr. Ragland gives by far the most thorough and pleasant eye exam I've ever had!
