Welcome to C Eye Care! We are a full-service optometrist office in the beautiful 13th Street District of Marshalltown, Iowa. We opened in 2017 with the goal of providing the people of Marshalltown the best eye care available! Feel free to stop by and check out our newly renovated office, located in a historic building that used to be a store owned by the father of Jean Seberg. We offer a wide range of eye exams to meet your health needs, along with an array of optical offerings. We'd love to see you soon!

RecommendedI hadn't had my eyes checked in years so I booked an appointment on the recommendation of friends and family. It was as good as they said and maybe even better. Very thorough exam and can hardly wait to pick up my new glasses.
The cutest place with the kindest people. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Dr. Ragland is very down to earth, she did an excellent job explaining, listening and collaborating eye care.

I was a previous patient of Dr. Ragland's, but I moved several years ago to southern Iowa. I was not happy with the available care there, so I returned to C Eye Care even though it is a 2 hour drive each way. Dr. Ragland and her staff are great, and it is worth the drive to be cared for by them.
Most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had, including those done by an ophthalmologist. Excellent education and explaining all tests and results. Eye glass selection....awesome help with total honestly on what looks good and what doesn’t (which I REALLY appreciate)! Definitely will continue with care here and transfer family care here. Can highly recommend to others as it was recommended to me. FIVE STARS!
