Had apartment roof leak and they came out 4 separate times and stated it was repaired 3 times and it still isn't fixed. The problem is ongoing and was reported over 3 months ago.
It's a great company but they are like any other company. They have there flaws for instance you have to be part of a certain group to get somewhere or be friends with a higher up. (which everyone knows what I mean). Besides that it's a good company but if you want to move up don't expect much. Just being honest as I would still be working there if they didn't waste money on people who aren't going to use any of the certifications at all honestly.
