My fiancee dropped his under warranty Stihl weed eater off to be fixed a month ago. He was told it would be ready in 3 weeks. He went to pick it up today and was told that it wasn't ready. They said they put a carburetor on it but that wasn't the issue. He was told that if he wanted his weed eater that they were going to charge him for a carburetor that he didn't need. When asked when he could pick it up, he was told, "When I call you. It could be 3 days or 3 months." He left w/o his weed eater which he won't need during the... read more
