Professional but not personal. Not sure if the not-personal part was needed for the testing. Needed some info from him to submit for my insurance (he doesn't take insurance) and it took several phone calls to get him to respond. Got the insurance kicked back to me because Tax ID was omitted second time. I've left a message and called twice more to "Message box full" recordings. My report also took a while, but was delivered within the timeframe I was told after the testing.

Was there on 12/22/2016 and by 2/20/2017 we still donot have our evaluation. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone; states that the mail box is full.
Didn't the Board of Psychologists take his license away?
My husband was evaluated for ADHD. It took 3 months to get his results! In the meantime he was getting worse and needed treatment. It drove us nuts calling these people weekly trying to find out an answer. He had to wait on Mr. Allen to get results to his doctor before she would treat his ADHD, which he for sure had. We were told 3 different time frames. First it was 3 weeks, 2 months, then 3 months. He was also given a blank piece of paper for a work excuse. Secretary was not in on this day. Son was evaluated for educational purposes and it took over 2 months to receive the written report and this was after numerous phone calls. Very unprofessional/disorganized practice. Was given a diagnosis at an in person meeting which was not supported in the written report. This has caused several delays in receiving appropriate school services and now with the conflicting information between the in person meeting and the long delayed report we are forced to believe that the overall results are not reliable.
