Bought a car from here a 1 1/2 ago. Engine blew up. Lifetime warranty was a challenge to get it covered by employees. Salesmen lied about the warranty coverage saying it will be $0. Warranty covered it but they kept adding barriers to an already stressful time. Engine was ordered & put in, to only find out it was still not running right. C&C said they’ve hit a wall & isn’t sure what is wrong with it. They wanted to send it to Pioneer to have them diagnose it & fix it. We purchased our 2nd Toyota yesterday from Chad Cronin our salesman. He is the best I’ve ever dealt with. If you go to c_c you need to ask for Chad he will truly do what he can to get you the car or truck you want.
Friendly fast service with high quality work
Brought my jeep in for noises on the pulleys/belt and ended with a new cam shaft (Still had the belt noises) and $500 dollars worth of brakes and rotors that still squeal when you use them. Had time yesterday to pull the tire off the jeep to get to everything and found a shredded belt and 3 pulleys with bad bearings. Jeep goes back in on Monday for round 6, maybe this time it will get fixed
