STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS “company”. Told them tiled fell off due to poor install because I went up and looked. Now they will not answer or return any calls.
Extremely rude and non communicative- they wanted to charge me for damage caused by the “wind” ….. when my roof has only been around for about a year. The roofer finished his repairs and left without saying a word. They really should work on their customer service skills.
Two years after they installed my roof I had a leak problem. It was just out of warranty so I had to twist their arm to come out and take a look. They said that a tile had slipped down and that’s what was causing the leak. I have had issues with it ever since. I had a quality roofing company come out today and tell me that they completely put two vents in the wrong place. I am now paying someone else to fix their errors. This is a good place to so business because it's a family owned place and everyone at this place is super helpful and they do they jobs and do it well. I recommend this place to everyone who is needing repairs on there roofs .. thank you
