I'm going to start out by saying majority of the companies lately I've dealt with have just screwed me over or tried to. this was a very refreshing experience for me. I called up for a piece of glass to be cut to size. I had taken a window I need of repair. It was lost. The skinny lady I dealt with, nobody knows who she is . The end result was that my window wasn't even brought in. I must have made it up. Now I have to deal with buying a whole new window so I can imagine how much I will be charged. I think this place is very unprofessional. It's owned and ran by women. Doesn't mean nothing except that they are incompetent of remembering who works there and their whereabouts and being able to man up as to what happened to the window itself.... read more
