We have been in our C&C built home now for almost eleven years and so far we had to have the roof replaced because it was leaking and installed wrong. We had to have the HVAC system replaced because it was undersized for the house and it was a cheap system. And I can go on and on with what's wrong with the house but it won't change anything so I wouldn't recommend this home builder.
