They placed a sub-par renter in my home without doing the due diligence and verifying information costing me thousands of dollars. Apparently, pulled credit on someone who is currently being evicted from another property and still placed them in my home. They were unprofessional, rude, stubborn, resisted requests to comply due to needing to evict tenants and deducted $495 from a tenants security deposit for cancellation fee, knowing full well that the tenants deposit cannot be used for things of that nature. Don't ever rent any property from this company, we were loyal renters, never late on rent in 3 years...we had several issues they didn't fix, the biggest being a leaky roof for the entire 3 years we lived there...we renewed our lease this past June of 2018 & called the board of health on their company due to their neglect. Our June check with was the lease renewal, the check was cashed as well as the walk thru was also done . Absolutely the nastiest people I’ve ever dealt with professionally. The charged double deposit and lied about returning half after the lease. Get everything in writing with her. She will lie straight to your face!!

I've been using C and C as my property management for the past year. I'm very happy with how things are going. It's great to have a reliable manager when you live many miles away from the property.
