Very nice people to talk with, very happy with my visit
I was very pleased with my visit. From the happy smiling faces when I entered appointment to talking with the Dr. He really took time to explain the diagnosis.
Visited this practice for the first time today. I had a 9:30 am appointment and at 10:15 am was still not called . No one commuicated to with me why things are running late. I was the CFO for a very large Dermatology group and have run several other specialty practices and we never let a patient sit in the lobby for 45 min without communicating why the Doctor is behind. This is patient relationship 101 and scheduling issue. I made an appt with another practice in the area.
Dr Bledsoe gave me my annual checkup. He was very thorough giving me confidence in his diagnosis. Also he was very helpful throughout.
I received friendly, professional service.
