Great landlords who were always communicative and quick to fix any problems at the house. When I moved out of town, they made subletting my unit easy. I would absolutely rent from them again.
We rented a small house from C. Arch Bay Company and had an amazing 2 years! The entire staff was always kind and helpful, and we NEVER had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved within 24 hours. If we weren't leaving Springfield I would rent from them for as long as possible. Hands down the best renting experience I have had so far, I highly recommend!
Prices are way too high!!
C. Arch Bay is the best company ever. I lived at 516 apartments and my 2 years were the best. The maintenance was exceptional so the staff!! Yakira was very helpful. Being a international student I literally felt like home. Thanks for making my MSU experience great!
