Great company. They maintain their properties very well. Never had any issues. Great staff and maintenance team!
The maintenance team and apartment community are awesome.
Great landlords who were always communicative and quick to fix any problems at the house. When I moved out of town, they made subletting my unit easy. I would absolutely rent from them again.
We rented a small house from C. Arch Bay Company and had an amazing 2 years! The entire staff was always kind and helpful, and we NEVER had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved within 24 hours. If we weren't leaving Springfield I would rent from them for as long as possible. Hands down the best renting experience I have had so far, I highly recommend!
