I found C . F . Asphalt on YP.Com. Our property management company gave us estimates to paint our community roads and parking areas. The prices seemed very high so I decided to get a couple estimates on my own for our board meeting. Well our board decided to use C.F. Asphalt. Their price was three thousand dollars less than the highest bid to do the same work! They did a great job for us , no hassles and we couldn't be more pleased.
Our home owners association hired this company to repair and paint all our lots. We are very pleased from start to finish . Everyone was notified by flyers when to move their vehicles with a schedule. The contractor took care of this and kept me personally informed on progress of work. This made my life easier since I am at work and our property manager cannot find the time to help us with this project. Overall we are very satisfied with C and F and highly recommend. Jamie - B.O.D.
