Great location, affordable for a first-time renter, and the management will work with you, as long as you communicate your issues. I'm only giving four stars because I feel that the buildings could use improvements, and the management could do a better job of making sure everything is clean and 100% move-in-ready for new tenants. I've learned that no matter where you go, ALWAYS inspect every square inch of a rental before you sign anything.
Byron Terrace is totally committed to its tenants. Im happy here! All within walking distance to downtown Howell! Providing residential housing and outstanding services, from Mr. Mike in maintenance to Carmen in property mngt. They truly care about you and your family I have lived in other apartment communities, never have I received so much respect and warmth Mngt has done outstanding accolades restoring grounds and providing upgraded units! Quiet place, good location for downtown Howell and commuting to Oakland and Washtenaw Counties, and the one issue I had (and caused - sink clog) was fixed same day. I had a great experience. Thanks to Carmen and Mike!
I didn't love most of people that lived here. Constant cops/ems daily. We had alot of rifraf in our building, and directly across. Apartments themselves are okay. Updated, but they absolutely cheap out on things. Dog poop is HORRIBLE. we have 3 dogs (one is an ESA So we were within our rights and everyone knew) and we always had fingers pointed at us, when we would pick up after everyone. My car was vandalized 3 times. By the end of it we were paying 1325 a month and I didn't feel safe enough to let my 8 year old play. I WIL... read more
Management is horrible, the only good one is Mike. he’s the only one that hears out our issues and concerns with the apartment and whats been going on here. if i could give just Mike 5 stars i would. but the rest of the management is horrible. thank you for being the only good one Mike.
