I am so thankful to have found Dr Willis. I had been to so many quacks! He leaves the decisions up to the patient. He showed me on my MRI and Xray what was going on and said it would be my decision as to when I would have spinal fusion. When I came back and said 'its time', I was scheduled. The procedure was completely explained to me and my husband. It became a major surgery (no fault of Dr Willis); however, I am walking and exercising again! Highly recommend him!
Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional.
I called to the office of Dr. Byron to schedule appointment. They told me that I should fax them referral, insurance and MRI. I did it. Nobody called me after that. When I called back week later, they said "we don't accept your insurance". Which been surprise for me, because I found them in my directory and asked on initial call. Two weeks wasted. Please respect your patient’s time, please fix your process.
He preformed surgery on my dad and his bedside manner was excellent. You don't think about how important that is until you are waiting for hours about such important news.
Dr. Willis is very professional as is his staff. He was very friendly, showed concerned about my pain and explained every little detail to me. I told him I was going on vacation and he scheduled my surgery so I would be able to heal a bit and go on vacation. Every time I needed something his staff was right on top of it. My experience with him was exceptional. It has been a year now since my surgery and I am back to normal all healed and if I need anything just to call. A+
doctor and staff not professionals, lobby dirty, musty, paint falling and warped furniture, looks like a dungon, staff totally not patient friendly, office adm. quite nasty, will not listen to concerns
Dr Willis operated on my lower spine, I am left with chronic pain, legs numb, feet burning, forminal stenosis, nerve impingement, all the same problems except a new hernia. Being told Dr Willis will not operates or correct problems. 13 month after surjury, no help. Beware of this surgeon. Get second options or you may suffer too.
Not good at all really unprofessional, heartless and needs his to be removed from practice, lets people get infections and unremorseful when they do one dead in his care
