Dr. Willis treated my mom's malignant brain tumor with speed, precision and care. We were so relieved that he acted quickly and assertively to get her tests completed and surgery scheduled as fast as possible. She is in full recovery and doing amazingly well. We are truly grateful for Dr. Willis!

They sat on my referral for 3 months, not letting me know they needed copy of my last MRI, I called 5 separate times and was told something different every time. Then to be told the Dr. Doesn't do biopsies, I've been in incredible pain these 3 months. I could have been in to see another Dr by now and scheduled surgery and waiting for results so treatment could be established. All his office staff had to say was, I shouldn't be upset and there's nothing they can do. If they even had an ounce of empathy, this situation wouldn'... read more

Dr. Willis performed an artificial cervical disc replacement surgery on me that changed the quality of my life. I went from chronic numbness and pain to none immediately post surgery. He is kind, patient and most importantly an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Willis is rude and dismissive and doesn’t listen. He told me my syringomyelia couldn’t possibly be causing any symptoms despite the fact that I have symptoms. He also lied on his patient notes and said he did a bunch of tests on me when the appointment only lasted 5 minutes and he never touched me. Don’t see this doctor.

Very good, I've had 3 spinal surgeries performed by Dr. Willis, he was pretty straight to the point with everything that needed to happen all 3 times. He has been extremely professional every time I've spoken with him. The operations were all successful and pretty much saved my ability to walk and feel my legs, I'm only 20 so he pretty much saved my life. Easily the best doctor I've ever been to.

Being from out of state, I was very fortunate to have Dr. Willis as my neurosurgeon. Not only is he a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon but, he listens to his patients and communicates effectively. Dr. Willis performed a complex lumbar spinal fusion surgical procedure in order to stabilize my spine. My procedure was 2 and 1/2 months ago and I am now walking two miles with minimal pain. My quality of life has improved significantly. At age 81, I am grateful I selected Dr. Willis to perform my much needed lumbar fusi... read more

I had back surgery with Dr. Willis 2 years ago. I had been in terrible pain for months trying epidural shots and even acupuncture. I had instant relief after the surgery and even with the lower 3 vertebrate fused, I can exercise and do almost everything as before. I am a big fan of Dr. Willis as you can imagine.

In 2009 Dr Willis performed my lower back Laminectomy for ‘Central Stenosis’ (arthritic material rubbing directly against the spinal chord), that could cause loss of bowel/bladder control. After surgery, he informed me that the cover of my spinal chord was inflamed & tore easily, so that the difficult repair of the cover/sheath required me to lay absolutely flat x10 days. He, or his staff member, visited daily to ensure my comfort & review my care chart. He’s professional, caring & qualified.
