1. Falsely promises a "Buyer Protection Program" of 0% commission, but does not honor it when requested. 2. Recommends contractors who perform shoddy work and/or expects more money, than agreed, after services are performed. 3. Does not ensure the property is presentable for each showing. 4. Does not possess a strategic mindset. The only strategy offered were price reductions. 5. Demostrates a defensive posture when concerns are expressed.
