Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about because I go into the exam room for every one of our boys visits (ages 5 & 7) for years. But I expect that to end soon as our oldest likes his independence. Wait time is usually a few minutes at most but my boys want to go early to spend time in the waiting room playing Wii or Foosball. Excellent hygienists and Dr. Byrne is excellent too.
I will never go there again . They do not allow you to go in with your child during a non surgical procedure, even if your child wants you with them. They also love to refer you for braces when your child clearly doesn't need them.

Parents are allowed in the room for all appointments except during dental treatment. We have found children do better when their focus is on Dr. Byrne and by showing your child you trust Dr. Byrne it allows us to build trust with your child.
