History Established in 1989. Dr Steven Byrne opened Byrne Chiropractic in July of 1989. It was a difficult decision to branch out on his own after practicing in a successful chiropractic office in St Petersburg for years, but with the support of his wife and two young children he moved forward into this new adventure in his life.
