I would never recommend them to anybody. Every since I got my car from them nothing but trouble which cause me to miss work. last night was it for me I had 2 new back tires but on from them nothing to long ago. Both the tires was loose which one almost came off while driving and it was missing a lug nut and the rest was just about to come off lucky a nice gentleman stop my by the red light by kwik trip in rib mountain to let me know my tires was loose and shaking bad so he followed me to kwik trip. Just when I thought I was out a vehicle after getting into an accident from hitting a deer, J. D. Byrider got us a new vehicle. The people there are so wonderful and kind and so helpful. Thank you all so much we appreciate it more then you'll ever know!!

I've been dealing with Jd for almost 2 years now. And I've gotten one of the best vehicals I have ever owned from them. Chris head of the shop, is wounderful when it comes to answering all my questions I have if I think something is going wrong with my truck. If your not sure about going to Jd, just go in and talk to them. They actually treat you like a person and not just trying to have you buy a vehical from them.
