To many different people to deal with. It would be better to deal with one person. Took a long time to get the purchase done. Eventually we got everything done and we were treated more than fair. Nobody at fault. We were slow getting our end done too. Overall I got a good car with a great service provider in the future. Like I said one person would be great to deal with.
Jennifer Chandler was awesome! She not only worked with me but she believed in me and it showed tremendously and got me into a car!! I definitely recommend and will be sending people JD Byriders way :)
We thought it was a good place but from day one we have had nothing but issues with the car. Every time they would “fix” something it would come back with another issue. We’ve had the car 10 months and have yet to be able to drive the car a full month! Worst financial decision of my life and I’d highly recommend going somewhere else! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to get a vehicle from this place.

Lucretia is the best sales woman I've ever met! This is a wonderful place to get a vehicle. We bought a vehicle a couple months ago that ended up crapping out on us, (through no one's fault, just a dud of a vehicle) and she got us into a new vehicle right away no issues. It also didn't cost us anything out of pocket today, and our payments didn't change.
