Worst experience of my life. Suzy, sally, and tony are all piss poor excuse for a employee. Who really gets in someone's face and calls them a bitch all because they want an issue with their car addressed. Let's just say I have gotten ahold of who I need too and you three will be dealt with!!!
Don't buy anything from this certain one the a few of the people there are great but the guys who runs it isn't I would go to dayton if you want to buy anything

Ladd was great. I bought my car a year ago and he helped me get the car I wanted and needed. The service I got there from their service center was fantastic. My only issue is with CNAC. I've called multiple times with problems over the last year and the last few times they have done the opposite of what they said they would do and putting me in some trouble that hurt me greatly.
Ladd Gorby worked with me on my down payment when no one else would. He was amazing! JD Byrider is a decent company. Are you going to pay more then if you could by an auto outright-of course. BUT if you had good credit you could always go somewhere else. Those of us with poor/bad credit have very limited options. I'm just glad there are places like this so my family could have a decent vehicle with a warranty!
