Tony in service was absolutely amazing in handling my problem. I visited family in northern Indiana for Christmas had to rent a car to get back home. i picked the vehicle up several days later and on the way home it started acting up again. Tony waited after hours to make sure I got the vehicle home. He then didnt stop until he was certain I was safely on the road again. I was treated with nothing but respect. thank you thank you thank you

everyone was really friendly and worked there hardest to get me what I wanted and I drove away with my car a few hours later
They are sticklers about making sure your car payment is on time. In over two years I have never made a late car payment. They recently double charged my debit card and for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, an extra $200+ isnt exactly what I could afford out of my paycheck this week. When asked about how long it would take to get a refund they basically said it's up to my personal bank. Pretty upsetting situation, not sure when it will be solved. Everyone makes mistakes but the ball was dropped.
