Well I have to say it was a great experience I was treated great got a great car and went to other dealers and couldnt get a car but they worked with me. They helped me budgeting what I can afford I love this place and the staff was excellent thank u Cisco for ur assistance.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Amanda Turley was great nd explained the process to the end. She worked hard to get the deal done. Just the only problem was twice I was on line nd the service reps I talked to said someone will be in touch, nd I never got a call.
the people here were great. The people were awesome! If anyone ever needs a car come in ask for Amanda! I couldn't have done it without them! They are able to get us into something that's going to be affordable and that we were all so happy with thank you very much JD Byrider in reading
Janay was really helpful. She made sure we knew the process and worked with us to make sure we got something. Update-> this location is literally not helpful AT all. When you call and leave voicemails they are NEVER returned. They are claiming that licenses are suspended since 2013 when that isn’t the case bc why wld you release this vehicle if the license is suspended!? Also paid for their full coverage bc they claimed they didn’t receive ours for 3 payments, WHICH WE WERE. I’m not thrilled by this place
