Been with them for a short period of time and so far they have done all that I asked of them!!!and they are way better than drive time!!
The service was great. Rashunda and Russell was so helpful and polite. The Double RR team was on point. I went to Drive Time and they were no help. I love that J.D. JD Byrider is the best. Alice Smith and the rest of that Staff were just terrific. I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle, no matter what your credit looks like, go by there and see what miracles they can work out for you. My experience wasn’t good... went there with a car to trade in car starts but won’t move... they were going to accept my car as a trade and still wanted 500 down... I think not... I went to drivetime they accepted my car as my down payment... don’t go here unless you have money because that’s all they want... they’re not about trying to help people get a car they are about trying to get money in they’re pockets... thumbs down
I’ve had my car for a little over 2 years now and when it comes to my maintenance, I’ve always gotten the help I needed for anything even if it’s the check engine light. I recently went to the location on new bern here in Raleigh for an emergency. Typically I can’t get an appointment until 2 weeks from the date, but the service area pulled some strings and got me in within a few days.
