A person with not perfect credit. They helped me get into a car with great personal salesmanship. And with the great warranty you get with any purchase. I just got my oil changed this morning that cost almost close to nothing every time you go. It was fast and great positive customer service. Thanks guys!!!
Lies Lies Lies..... people go to places like this because of credit issues but they act as if they want your credit to be perfect for a 10 year old car with 140,000 miles on it for 16,000 miles....

I purchased a car but didn’t feel like a customer , they made me feel like my business was not appreciated. To me they’re not there for you , there mission was not keeping a happy customer, MY CAR WAS ALWAYS IN SHOP IT WAS ALL IN ALL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND NOT MY CAR WAS TOTOLED IN ACCIDENT THERE NOT CONCERNED WITH ANYTHING BUT GETTING PAID OFF FOR CAR . IM REALLY UPSET ABOUT THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED AND LOOKING INTO OTHER OPTIONS

They lied to me twice ran my credit and told me they could get me approved just for me to pay gues to come miles away for nothing
Went into Raleigh Saturday afternoon and the salesperson that I had Alice smith. She was not good with the customer(me) and had a attitude thinking she was better than anyone. When I come back I will not be coming to Raleigh again. I will be going to another J.D. Byrider. To me that’s not good customer service. There are people out here that work hard everyday and to get treated like that doesn’t cut it.
