I was buying a car through these people and it was a absolute nightmare. Started at 400 a month for a minivan plus full coverage insurance. The van was serviced repeatadly for the same issue in which is quite annoying! I lost my job but found a job the following week I told them I would not be able to make the payment on the 1st but more like on the 8th they told me to surrender my vehicle until I made payment and then refused to give me my vehicle back! I've dealt with a few dealerships in my past and was skeptical of how JD Byrider would be different but honestly JD (Mishawaka) has changed my opinion on the car industry. Just got a car thru the JD Byrider location in Waco, Texas. My sales rep was Wayne Dysinger had he made the process easy and quick. If you are looking to get a new car I would recommend going to these guys and ask for Wayne if you are in the Waco area.
