I don't recommend Byrider. They are over priced and they sold me a car that they knew had multiple problems with it. Only had it for a few months and now my car is not running. So now I gotta pay hundreds of dollar's just to get my vehicle back up and running. Service department been giving me the run around about everything. Definitely don't recommend it. 0/5
Customer service is terrible! Salesman Kyle Smith yelled at me & now manager Jim refuses to refund my down payment after I backed out of the sale. They don't care about the quality of cars they're selling either. Had a Ford edge heat up on me during a test drive then I was told there was nothing wrong with it. Extremely shady company!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience with them customer service is wonderful as well.....but wish they would look over their vehicles better than they say they do!!!! Original cabin air filter in an 2007 Nissan!!! It’s 2019 guys come on now this could actually made someone sick js!!
Went in to see if they can help me recently had issues with my car and no way back and fourth, met with Shawn and he was very polite and answered any questions I might have. It is hard when you dont have credit its great they work with you. Got me in a nice car with low payments i recommend them! Go see Mr. Lottie and he will do his best to get you on the road 😀

Purchased a vehicle from them last May, been to the service department 4 times.... oh but the service department is here for you. I spoke with Jim and shared my frustrations to include the fact that I have to request days off from work every time, he said, everyone has to do that. Customer service is not a strong suit for him. Dan in the service department is A-1 . I totally understand that the vehicle is used it's just that I've been to the service department multiple times and I haven't had the vehicle for over a year yet.... read more
