I am very pleased with my experience at the JD Byrider on McKnight Rd. Megan Mcglynn was pleasantly persistent at encouraging me to come and explore how they could help me get into a good car. I was approved the day before at another dealer but left in my old car disappointed and confused. Although Megan and Jeanette (GM) were both busy my application was processed quickly and all my questions were answered. I never thought It would be so easy. I have terrible credit but JD Byrider made the process painless. Every person I encountered was super nice and know we are all just people who have had things happen. My agent, Lana Smithbower, made it all happen in 3 hours. I drove away in a beautiful used SUV.
