I would not recommend them to anyone. Should have never got a vehicle from them at all. My vehicle completely broke not even a month after I got it and it’s been a horrible experience getting it fixed. Never even got a rental. Bumming rides from friends and family to get to work and get my kids to school. Horrible experience and very upset. Now I’m stuck with them for a few years.

The service department had us in and out in 2hours this morning. That was great . And the staff is always helpful.

The service center sucks the service manager is very unprofessional ignorant and really don’t even know what he talking about you have a warranty and still got to pay them to look at it and do even really tell you what’s wrong they rob u for your money

worst service department. unprofessional and unworthy of actually fixing a vehicle correctly. I would not ever go thru nor recommend anyone go thru jd byrider for anything!!
