I'm not happy with the quality of the cars at J D Byrider has however the employees in the financial department are there to help as much as I can and they are friendly that's important to have a friendly stathis customer services on the ladder for them
Great service
Very horrible. I was with them for awhile, referred people to them and the last car I got was a lemon. Went through 2 motors, transmission, fuel system. They had the car more then me. I ended up turning it back in and it had something wrong with it then. Paying for a car you can’t drive because it’s in the shop more then you have it. I understand used vehicles but common now and yes they are sticking me with the balance on the lemon.
