The people that work at byrider in Janesville are awesome especially Antonio Pollich. It hardly took any time at all to get the car. Antonio helped me to get most of the paperwork done before I even got there. On top of it he and the other people that work there are super friendly and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend him for others that are wanting to get a buy a car.

Very disappointed with their customer service in a time of crisis. This pandemic has hit a lot of families hard and they have an extreme lack of empathy and manners. If you’d like to be rudely harassed by a car lot for a payment that is 3 days late then buy a car here. (Even though all other payments have been paid on time and they know you were in a bad accident at work and just had a major surgery not even a week ago).
