I love the customer service I got
I went in to ask about a car had to wait til the next day so they could get job verification called the next day to check they said still needed the job to verify and it might be another day called again today to check on it and no answer to the phone I had my hopes up for a car and nothing now. I feel like the employees are being unprofessional with this if they wanted to sell a car they would be on it with this type of thing. I will now be going somewhere else with my business
Service department is a joke .. spend your money somewhere else, at least you’ll know it’ll be done right

My salesmen at JD Byrider Jared Ferger was awesome for as young as he is Jared professionalism and customer interaction was impressive i was very comfortable working with Jared the application process was quick and he explained the financing process in detail leaving nothing out so there would be no surprises
Jake was a amazing!!!! He worked hard went in got approve same and for my vechile the next day!!!! Definitely great service
