Great customer service in the service dept. They worked really well with me with letting me know what needed to be done now and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
Very unprofessional and rude! The finance lady is horrid. A friend made arrangement and details by ph and the lady says yep we will work with ya just get in here lmao. All the while this lady didn't look up anything she didn't listen to what my friend was saying at all she ignored the conversation and said what she needed to just to get this person in her office. Had she listened to the customer things would have gone a lot better. I've heard a lot of bad stuff about this facility but now I seen it first hand. While we there... read more
