Jerry was such an amazing help! He helped put my mom, grandpa, and I at ease. He helped us understand everything and answered our questions thoroughly! Glad to say i purchased my first car on my own
I had a great experience shooping here. Brandon Guy was very patient and was very helpful on getting me in the vehicle that i needed. I would recommend going here to anyone. Brandon Guy is a very easy salesman to work with and not pushy and annoying like other places i have been.

After an unpleasant experience at a big car lot, I went to JD Byrider and Jerry got me right. He even came to pick me up from the other lot! I highly recommend going to see him if you have credit issues.
Spent most of my day at J.D. Byrider today, and the customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Brandon Guy as soon as I hit the lot, and they even helped make sure my junk car was no longer my problem. I drove off in a vehicle big enough for my needs without payments I can not afford.
The associate that I met with was very understanding and eager to help Brandon guy did everything that he could to make sure that I was walking away with a vehicle and the vehicle that I wanted and for a decent payment a month would recommend to friends and family
Dont ever buy a car from these guys...young kid buying his first car ..didnt know much and they took full advantage...hit me with a 22% apr and an end price of over 22,000 for a basic pontiac g6 that dont even have cruise control...and went in for oil change and i caught them putting metal shaving in my oil to blow my engine so id have to buy a new car from them....RUINED MY FIRST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE...NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM
I had a really good experience with Terri from their finance dept. she has always been a pleasure to work with every time I have a issue. I would definitely buy from there again.
