This place is a joke. Called the day before I went in with all my info and was told to come in the next day because everything checked out. I pay someone to take me 30 minutes away just for them to tell me nope. Would not reccomend to anyone!!!

Great customer service and nice people in the sales area but the cnac place is a joke and when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed it's a joke also just remember u get a vehicle from here over look it 100% and make sure that ask questions and get answers during video chat at the dealership. good luck
The j.d. byrider at 8581 beechmont ave. In Cincinnati was rude to my sister when she tried to buy a car there and tried to rip her off because she is a black woman. She got a car some place else better and cheaper
Took my friend Mavrick Beck up there and he got an awesome vehicle...they are the best car lot I've ever seen...They meet ur needs and everything
The service department went above a d beyond to repair this vehicle. Courteous and friendly employees. Great atmosphere.
