Sold my boyfriend a very unsafe car and then has the nerves to tell me shut up if your a business stop being rude to your customers and giving the run around of where to take it but at this point we’re done with the car it’s turned into the bbb and you can come get the pos car u sold to him tires are melted to the brakes if you call that a business it’s not

Why won’t you fix Elizabeth Parks car? She’s called daily, begging for help, has a contract for you to fix the car and you refuse to be a stand up business? Your receptionist hangs up on her too?!? Really! She has a baby, she’s been stranded multiple times and you guys need to do what’s right!
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Incredibly rude, and when I said I needed to think about the extremely over priced car they were trying to sell me, they told me I needed to “grow up.” Completely unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend and will never waste my time there again!

They work very well with you. Since the beginning we haven’t had any issues, we got into an accident recently and they did all that they could to make sure we were taken care of and got a new car with them so quickly. Karen took care of us greatly after our accident and she made sure we didn’t have any troubles getting into the new car we have now. We would recommend anyone to this location.
these people are very rude and unprofessional... I traveled 45 min after they told me I was approved after hiring a babysitter and paying gas to get there.... just to go back empty handed... I have screen shots of Karen telling me to get dropped off good thing I didn't ......DO NOT GO TO THESE WIERDOS no wonder the place was dead as hell 😆 #WIERDOS I had to hire people to watch my handicapped babies to go there i was so pissed!
