Jd Byrider Durham doesn’t deserve any stars. This was my first time financing a car and sadly, this has been the worst experience ever. I just financed a car from them in December and my car has been in the shop over 4 different times. When I put my car in the shop it’s kept for weeks at a time because they aren’t minor fixes… on top of that Jd Byrider does not provide you with a loaner vehicle or an Uber/Lyft. The warranty plan is a farce…. On the phone you’re told it’s covered, but when you bring it in, then it’s not!! Also make sure to see if your car is included with a spare!!!
I screenshot my challenges I have experienced almost one whole month and attached the review because the one I posted on google review yesterday seems to be hidden from public view so I will have to continue to do such to share my experiences for consumer awareness. Challenge reviews should be received and viewed just like the good ones!
