Just drove 2 hours up here to be told can only get you in certain car. Was told on phone 3 times was good to go only bring ss card. Thanks for waste of time and money
Everytime I have called the shop inquiring about a repair they tell me it could be a week. Who can go without a car for a week? I feel like this van is slowly falling apart and none of the problems were covered by a warranty **update. I changed my review to 5 stars. I just received the most excellent Customer service from both the front and garage at JD Byrider! My van is fixed! They really took care of me and I happy to be back on the road again!
The engine went out in my car and they worked with me to get it fixed!!!! Thanks so much!!!!
