The people there in finance are very rude...Jim and Joe...They sell people cars with things wrong with them..and take it to fix..for o er a week but give u no loaner...They suck big time...GOD SEE ALL THINGS...
Don't do business with these folks. They are the most rude incompetent staff I have ever worked with. They'll set up payment plans with you and then tell you you're late and attempt to extort a large amount of money from you telling you were the one who breached the contract. Total scam. Not to mention the incessant harassment from Jim in Finance. They're finance manager is real jerk too. STAY FAR AWAY. Don't even get me going on the car problems -no AC for the past two summers.
JOE AND Aaron dell were the best salesman i have dealt with in a longtime keep them around ull have a lot of happy clinets
I want to give a shout out to Joe the manager .i purchased a car from jd byrider the car broke down but they took care of the problem and helped me out they have exallent customer service and take care of there customers.also I want to thank aaron for working with me and putting me in a safe car.
