I was at a loss, crashed my car, i have terrible credit and no money, i didnt know what to do. Then i found J.D. Byrider, John reached out to me after i requested his help and he helped me every step of the way very patiently. I got into a great 09 Hyundai Elantra, with only 81,000 miles, with the 3 year warranty which is unheard of in the used car business. We drove 1 hour and 15 mins three times and had a bad experience here Jimmy the sales man was great but the finance guy named Joe was as rude as they come! They say the don’t judge you on your past credit but they sure do!! When we called on the phone they told us 199 to 399 down!! After our second trip there they told us we needed 1000 down and to come back when we had the 1000 down and if we needed anything else Joe said he would call us so one week later we hadn’t heard f...Continue Reading
First: the internet marketing person, Christopher Hill, refused to answer questions directly. Called them and spoke with John. Found out the vehicle price was double the value, that everyone is punished for other customers failures, your paying for the warranty that they claim is free and he acted as if he could care less about selling anything! Attitude issues and basically robbing people of their money, all while acting as if they're doing you the favor @ 21% interest on double the value.........no thanks !

Yo Jimmy and joe did an excellent professional job the whole way through even stayed a little bit late so I'd be able to drive home in my new car they both where dependable and professional. Made me feel like we knew them not just buying any car from a stranger thanks guys

RecommendedJ.D Byrider has 3 amaxing people working for them. Jeff, Joe and Jimmy are the best 3 ever. They make me feel like family. If i could give 10,000 stars for those 3 I would give it to them.
