Tim is outstanding...what I like about him is that he will go out of his to makemsure you`re taken care of. He`'ll let you know if it's worth repairing or if you're better off just replacing it. He is my go to guy for when I need something fixed.
Tim and his crew are PHENOMENAL! Have used them for about a year for the various appliance that just wore out! Very prompt, courteous, decent! I love Tim Brannan! He works in this business because he enjoys fixing stuff. He has yet to fix any of my stuff yet because he gave me things to look for to fix my problems before having to have him come make a repair. We did have to buy a new refrigerator and he had several used ones that he had repaired we could have bought. But we decided to go brand new since we are trying to sell our house and wanted the stainless look to help it sell faster. They came and fixed my freezer the next day and on time. While they were here I asked them about a problem that the GE guys couldn't fix. He fixed the "unfixable" problem in about 10 minutes. Great service.
